drinking & guilt

My guilt from drinking is immense, I love drinking, but I am very irresponsible when I do it. I come home and see my wife and my child (usually asleep) and I immediately wonder what the hell I was thinking being away from them. That was Wednesday night.

Fast forward to Thursday, Heather went out with friends. I told her to, I get to golf on Friday and so I can spend most of the day at home with her and Dillon. Now I feel guilty I told her to go drink, because she went out with some notorious drinkers and came home hammered @ 2 am. I feel like calling in sick for work (which is golf today).
